On a French table, which food is considered the most necessary for meals?

It’s cheese! People in France eat more cheese than anywhere else in the world.

This is because about 360 different types of cheese are made in France.

Also, France is famous for producing wine of the most outstanding quality.

It is the second largest country in the world, behind Italy, as a producer of wine.

 

 

 

Ice cream

 

The invention of ice cream dates back a very long time ago.

The Roman emperor Nero (37-68 A.D.) combined snow and some fruit to enjoy the fresh taste of the fruit.

But he is not the inventor of ice cream. This is because it was more frozen fruits than ice cream.

King Tang (618-697 A.D.) of Shang, China created the first mixture with ice and milk! Actually, he is considered the inventor of ice cream.

 

 

 

So, how do people in other countries enjoy ice cream? Italians enjoy ice cream with dried fruits and nuts.

In Arab countries, people usually put yogurt in ice cream.

Interestingly, some Chinese people eat ice cream mixed with rice! Then, what about the United States?

Plain white ice cream and chocolate or chocolate chip ice cream is the usual American-style.
