Do you love cats? A large number of people all over the world keep cats as pets. It is true that cats are lovely animals. But it is also true that they kill many birds! In order to preserve native birdlife, New Zealand launched a campaign to eradicate cats in the country. This campaign has made cat lovers very angry. What Causes Headaches?

 

Sometimes bad posture can cause headaches. Poor posture causes tension in your upper back, neck and shoulders. The tension can lead to a headache. So, in order to avoid the unwanted head pain, avoid sitting or standing in one position for a long period. Sit up straight and support your lower back.

When you are angry, you may also feel the ailings of a headache. This is because muscles in the back of your neck and scalp tense up. So, when you start feeling angry, try to breathe deeply and slowly. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. This will help relax your head and neck muscles.
